How to Prepare for Gorilla Trekking, Gorilla trekking is a real-life adventure. That you need to enjoy before you leave this world. The gorilla trekking experience at the moment takes place in three countries; Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The activity of gorilla trekking requires extra preparation and willing to do it. You need to be physically fit and have extra preparation when going on the gorilla trek. It is important to remember that gorilla trekking happens in dense forests. And the terrain varies from one to another. You also need to get prepared with a jacket for the cool mornings and long hiking sleeved shirts, which   protect your arms from the tree branches and the thorns. Make sure that you wear short-sleeved shirts under your hiking shirts, and this is good in case you are hiking in a dense forest. Due to the possibility of rain during the gorilla trek, we advise leaving a change of clothing in the car.
