Day 1: Drive to Lake Mburo National Park
Head to Lake Mburo National Park in western Uganda after enjoying a pleasant cup of tea or coffee at a hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. It takes almost four hours to drive from Kampala to the 260-square-kilometer safari park via the Masaka-Mbarara city route.
You will stop at the Uganda Equator Crossing in Kayabwe along the way, and then continue on to Lake Mburo National Park. After lunch at the lodge, you will join other guests for a boat/launch tour on Lake Mburo in the afternoon, which will begin at Rwonyo jetty.
You have a fantastic chance to see crocodiles, hippos, and water birds like the African fin foot, shoebill stork, fish eagle, and others during your boat excursion. Go back to the lodge to unwind, eat, and spend the night there.

Day 2: Lake Mburo sport fishing
After a satisfying breakfast, start your long-distance fishing adventure at the Mazinga Landing Site on Lake Mburo.
Six different fish species, including tilapia, lung fish, mud fish, and many more, may be found in this picturesque lake. It is recommended that interested anglers bring their own gear and a current fishing permit when going on a safari in Uganda to Lake Mburo National Park.
Go back to the Uganda safari lodge to unwind, have dinner, and spend the night there.

Day 3: Morning game drive and return to Kampala/Entebbe
After breakfast, take a morning wildlife drive through Lake Mburo National Park’s enchanted savannas.
Enjoy breathtaking views of wildlife, such as cape buffaloes, warthogs, water bucks, Burchell’s zebras, topis, lions, leopards, Rothschild giraffes, impalas, and birds, in your 4×4 safari van or land cruiser with a pop-up roof.
After three to four hours of wildlife viewing, head back to your Uganda safari lodge, check out, and then take a car back to Kampala or Entebbe. Your three-day fishing expedition in Lake Mburo will come to a conclusion at this point.
