All our team guide were born and raised in East Africa Countries, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Congo. And are trained naturalists, environmentalists, and unparalleled game spotters. They are all experienced, friendly, and excellent at their jobs. Furthermore, all of our guides are fluent in English, French, Spanish, Germany, Italian. And most of them have over 15 year’s safari guiding experience.

Their number one goal is to keep you safe, happy, and informed in any and all ways possible. Alive Africa Adventures we are like a family, and when you are on safari with us you will be treated as a family member. As the managing director of Alive Africa Adventures company, Stanley Jagenda is a successful leader who has a passion for the natural world and conservation in general. After pursuing a degree in tourism and hospitality, he focused his work on creating lifetime experiences that are in line with nature conservation and sustainable tourism.

After having been in guiding before, Stanley brings hands-on experience into the tourism field, by by crafting exceptional travel plans that not only points out the nature’s richness but also contribute to environmental conservation. Alive Africa Adventures is dedicated to responsible tourism practices, making every attempt to upgrade on the quality of lifestyle for locals around tourism destinations while reducing the negative impacts on the environment thus conserving for generations.

Stanley is a great leader who is skilled and has a great regard for the ecosystems he represents. Head guide:

Yonah, who has been the Senior Guide and Driver at Alive Africa Adventures for many years, is a veritable wilderness encyclopedia. Over the course of his more than 20-year career, Yonah has guided visitors through a variety of African settings, his enthusiasm for animals and conservation never waning.

Yonah, who grew up in the middle of a national park, has always been meant to be in nature. He spent his entire life immersed in the ecosystems he is guiding others through in order to have a thorough understanding of the flora and animals.
Yonah’s career at Alive Africa Adventures started when he rose through the ranks as a young man thanks to his exceptional talent and unrestrained zeal. He now directs safaris with grace and subtlety as a Senior Guide, imparting his knowledge to the upcoming generation of guides.

More than just a means of transportation, his trusty Land Cruiser serves as an extension of himself, navigating the wilderness like a stealthy predator. Yonah’s campfire stories provide his clients a profound understanding of the nuances of the natural world and are as captivating as the scenery he visits.

Runumi Christopher
Senior tour driver guide:

Runumi Christopher undoubtedly makes every trip he conducts an enjoyable experience. Christopher, is one of our exceptional safari guide driver. He had been drawn to the wild since he was a little child, and he would constantly stare at everything that was left unhandled. He now shares her lifetime passion for nature with every visitor he encounters, which began as a childhood curiosity.

Safaris become more than just rides when Christopher is driving them; they become completely immersive experiences. From the golden grasses of Queen Elizabeth’s plains to the towering tree spans of Kibale, his hands have touched the land in every part of Uganda. He curates safaris rather than leading them. While on tour, he will let his clients to experience the magnificence of Uganda’s wild animals, which are frequently highly elusive, as well as hear every tree rustle and feel every heartbeat of the country.

Very few people are as knowledgeable about the local ecology biodiversity as Brian is, yet even this is overwhelmed by his passion for conservation. He guides some of the top safaris and educates visitors on how to preserve the harmony of environment.
