10-Days Zanzibar Beach Vacations Featuring wildlife detailed Itinerary

Arrival in Zanzibar on Day 1

After arriving at the airport or seaport in Zanzibar, you will be taken to the hotel to check in. You will have the opportunity to travel to Stone Town for a brief drive. The Stone Town tour will show you the main architectural and cultural sites. The trip to the hotel takes around one hour. Your native driver will tell you about Zanzibar’s history while you’re traveling.

Lodging: The Fun Beach Hotel

Days 2 to 3 Unwind on the island of Zanzibar.

The day will be spent lounging at the hotel or doing anything you choose.

Following breakfast, you will stay at the hotel. This is the ideal time to unwind while engaging in leisurely activities and exercising. Because of its well-known beaches, top-notch beach hotels, and friendly locals, Zanzibar Island is a popular destination.

Lodging: The Fun Beach Hotel

Day 4: Flying to Arusha from Zanzibar Airport

The driver will get you from the hotel early in the morning and take you to the airport so you can catch your flight to Arusha.

It airs for around one hour and thirty minutes. After meeting our staff when you arrive, you will be taken to the hotel. The trip to the hotel takes around half an hour.

You will spend some time in Arusha, which is a wonderful destination to visit and the starting point for the majority of northern Tanzania safaris. You will take in excellent dining options, lively streets, and several photos of Tanzania’s dynamic urban life. It has all the features you want in a city stop.

Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa is the lodging option.

Day 5: Tarangire National Park Game Drives

Following breakfast, you’ll spend the entire day in Tarangire National Park, complete with a picnic lunch, in a 4×4 safari vehicle with an open top and a huge window for sweeping wildlife views. You will then head back to the lodge for supper and beverages in the evening.

We believe Tarangire National Park will impress you. The unique silhouettes of the baobab trees against the sky, which give the site the sense of an African fairy tale, are what most tourists find most appealing. The elephants that wander the park in family groupings are recalled by visitors. If you’re lucky, you could also run across the big cats, which are always a possibility here, particularly lions but also cheetahs and leopards. You can very much count giraffes, buffalos, zebras, hippos, wildebeests, and hippos off your list of wildlife to see.

Accommodation: Country Lodge Karatu

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive

To maximize your time in the Ngorongoro Crater, you will rise early for breakfast. You will get back at your lodge later in the evening before sunset, which will allow you to change before supper.

Ngorongoro Crater is a unique location. It is unlike any other safari experience in Africa if you are making your first descent down the crater bottom. This is an entirely other planet. One where you may see the 600 hyenas who live in the crater and the extremely endangered black rhinos. In addition, there are about 50 lions residing in the crater and elephants with larger-than-normal tusks. But the thing that will probably stick in your mind the most is Ngorongoro Crater breathtaking splendor. Mist rises from the crater in the early morning, exposing high, wooded cliffs, hidden streams where hippos slither, and a realm of plentiful species that is cut off from the outside world.

Accommodation: Country Lodge Karatu

Day 7: Take a flight back to Zanzibar after visiting Lake Manyara National Park.

You will do a morning wildlife drive at Lake Manyara National Park today. Our driver will take you to the Arusha airport for your flight to Zanzibar at midday. You will meet our driver when you get there.

You can check off a ton of unique safari highlights at Lake Manyara National Park, including several that aren’t found anywhere else. Elephants at Lake Manyara live in the forest, unlike those in other parks. Nothing compares to seeing an elephant unexpectedly appear from behind the closest tree. Additionally, there are plenty of baboons and lions hanging from branches high in trees, which are just as likely to be seen here as baboons on the ground.

Because of the lake, forest, and high cliffs all within a few kilometers, the vistas you’ll see here will also stick in your mind long after you’ve left.

Accommodation: Casa Beach Hotel

Days 8–9 Unwind on the island of Zanzibar.

You will be lounging on Zanzibar’s immaculate beaches for these two days. For an additional fee, you may add Zanzibar activities like the Dolphin Tour, Prison Island, Stone Town Tour, and Spice Tour to your itinerary.

In Tanzania archipelago of Zanzibar, which also includes Unguja, Pemba Island, and several other smaller islands, Zanzibar is the major island. Additionally, there is Stone Town, a medieval commercial hub with Islamic and Swahili influences.

Place to stay: Casa Beach Hotel

Day 10: Airport Transfer/Departure

You will make your way to the airport following breakfast. Your Tanzania safari comes to an end at this point. We hope your trip was enjoyable and that you are already making plans for your future safari.

Accommodations: None at the end of the tour
